Manning has been confined for 10 months and is still untried and unconvicted. Seriously, we can not mean someone is incarcerated in solitary confinement in the USA, without being tried, can we?
2. I have not received so many e-mails about the situation in Japan as I did last week, since the re-election of G. W. Bush. The difference though last week was in the content of many that sent disinformation about taking iodine pills, radiation on the West Coast & other factors, with no corroboration.
