ABOUT THIS SITE
For those of you new to this website, welcome! Unlimited imaginations are the hallmarks of great minds.
This website and Kleiner's Korner mailings list sites of happenings in the world that do not make the front pages.
As a student of Ramtha's School of Enlightenment, my intent has been to provide recent news from the mainstream media that support what we have been taught by our teacher Ramtha.
"The four cornerstones of Ramtha's teachings are:
- The statement "You are God"
- The directive to make known the unknown
- The concept that consciousness and energy create the nature of reality
- The challenge to conquer yourself,"
quoting Ramtha.com.
Bottom line: We are all Creators of our reality.
Reports from the fields of science, quantum physics, medicine, history, the environment, Earth changes, and humanity are among topics covered each week that provide corroboration to the studies of Ramtha's School . In communicating with students the world-over, these pages are then passed along to our friends and families for them to read for themselves stories we find of interest.
Never take my word for anything here. Use your own mind to discern what you will from your own readings.

| KLEINER'S KORNER FOR WEEK OF OCTOBER 6, 2008

While the economy and U. S. Presidential election fervor have shoved most other news to the back burner, the start of “the Large Hadron Collider, a massive, multibillion dollar project designed to unlock the secrets of the universe” are of immense importance. CBS News "60 Minutes Visits One Of The Biggest Science Experiments Ever, The Large Hadron Collider” in this terrific story":

1. “RESEARCHER BELIEVES HE’S FOUND KEY THAT UNLOCKS EGYPT’S SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE” “A real secret message discovered by a local man among Egypt's ancient ruins could be stranger than the fictional stories we love involving Indiana Jones or "The DaVinci Code." East Stroudsburg-born Edward Nightingale says he has unraveled the most famous of ancient Egyptian riddles... And he believes his discovery has uncovered a collection of advanced mathematical principles that could change our understanding of matter and the universe. He also believes this information was intentionally embedded in the blueprint of the ancient ruins, for future generations to discover,” quoting the Pocono [PA] Record.

2. INTRODUCING “THE HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS PROJECT” “The Human Consciousness Project is an international consortium of multidisciplinary scientists and physicians who have joined forces to research the nature of consciousness and its relationship with the brain, as well as the neuronal processes that mediate and correspond to different facets of consciousness. The Human Consciousness Project will conduct the world’s first large-scale scientific study of what happens when we die and the relationship between mind and brain during clinical death. The diverse expertise of the team ranges from cardiac arrest, near-death experiences, and neuroscience to neuroimaging, critical care, emergency medicine, immunology, molecular biology, mental health, and psychiatry,” quoting Beyond the Mind-Body Problem.

3. “FAITH, FEAR, AND FREE WILL: AN OVERVIEW DRAWING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE” “Just as religion has helped shape our modern culture, 1. religious faith has also helped in shaping the architecture of our personal identity, our perception of ourselves and of the world around us. 2. How has religious belief in a supreme being shaped the landscape of our personal experience and the scope of our individual exploration? Has faith interfered with individuals' ability to take charge and change their destiny? In what ways has religion promoted or curtailed the exercise of free will and freedom of expression, which are the highest qualities of our human nature? For many people of faith, even in our modern society, their religion has had a stifling effect in their personal lives. Instead of promoting a better life and openness to something greater, certain religious traditions often limit, condition, and keep their people in stasis, or worse. 3. As a Catholic seminarian and student of theology, I experienced such limitations, and their subsequent effects, firsthand,” by Jaime Leal-Anaya in SuperConsciousness Magazine. 4. “COPPER USED TO FIGHT HOSPITAL INFECTIONS” “’Hospital-acquired infection is the dirty little secret of healthcare,’ said Dr. Michael Schmidt, a microbiologist with Medical University of South Carolina. Microbiologist Michael Schmidt hopes to reduce infections with something that's probably in your pocket. ‘Copper is microbiocidal. It's a metal and when the bacteria come in contact with it, they die,’ he said. Studies show copper destroys nearly all of infection-causing microbes… In Schmidt's study, copper replaces plastic components in bed rails, nurse call buttons, tray tables and keyboards. Dr. Cassandra Salgado says copper adds another layer of protection... Not only is the goal to save lives, but money too. Currently, hospital infections cost the health care system 30 billion dollars a year. ‘We're looking for a 50-percent reduction and that's $15 billion,’ said Salgado,” quoting KING-5 News, NBC in Seattle:

UPDATE TO FOSSETT CRASH STORY: “REMAINS DISCOVERED …AT WRECKAGE SITE” “More than a year after the mysterious disappearance of millionaire adventurer Steve Fossett, searchers found the wreckage of his plane in the rugged Sierra Nevada, along with enough remains for DNA testing,” quoting the AP. [Ed. Note: Let’s see if there is a DNA match with Fossett’s!]

6. “SALE OF 24-KARAT GOLD COINS HALTED” “The U.S. Mint is temporarily halting sales of its popular American Buffalo 24-karat gold coins because it can't keep up with soaring demand as investors seek the safety of gold amid economic turbulence.
Mint spokesman Michael White said Friday that the sales were being suspended because demand for the coins, which were first introduced in 2006, has exceeded supply and the Mint's inventory of the coins has been depleted. The Mint had to temporarily suspend sales of its American Eagle one-ounce gold coins on Aug. 15 and then later that month announced sales of the American Eagle coins would resume under an allocation program to designated dealers… "People are scared. Gold has become a safe haven," said Michael Maroney, a vice president of sales at gold dealer Monex Precious Metals in Newport Beach, Calif.,” quoting Wallet Pop.

With hydrogen as its only fuel, this vehicle emits no greenhouse gases and serves as an alternative to traditional, petroleum-dependent vehicles that emit carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and other air pollutants. Featuring the latest advancements in fuel cell technology, the vehicle can travel up to 150 miles per fill-up, and is expected to meet all applicable 2008 federal motor vehicle safety standards,” quoting the EPA.

S. government is withholding about the risks posed by nicotine-based pesticides to honey bees. EPA should be evaluating the risks to bees before approving new pesticides, but now refuses to tell the public what it knows,” quoting Earthfiles.

B. “Bush Provokes Fear to Push for Bailout” “This is the first time in the history of the United States that the president has sought to provoke a financial panic to get legislation through Congress. While this has proven to be a successful political strategy, it marks yet another low point in American politics.
It was incredibly irresponsible for President Bush to tell the American people on national television that the country could be facing another Great Depression. By contrast, when we actually were in the Great Depression, President Roosevelt said that, ‘we have nothing to fear, but fear itself,’" quoting the Center for Economic & Policy Research in Truthout.
